Paul Coursey’s Tribute to Roy Orbison
Hi there my name is Paul Coursey and are based in Hamilton.
I have been doing my Tribute to Roy for the past 5 years.
For a person who had such a tragic life Roy put out some of
the best Country/Rock ever. Roy had one of those voices that
just seemed to come from nowhere and I feel lucky that I can
do justice to his memory. Doing Roy I find I can just relax
and get into to grove and send you back to the years of the
great songs like Crying, Pretty Woman, You got it and many
more.
I have performed in many locations around the North Island
like Workingman’s Clubs, RSA Clubs, Corporate Events, Hens
Nights, and Birthdays. Although some of his music isn’t as
well known as other artists Roy fans love them and I have
had many come up to me after the shows and say “wow you’re
the best I have ever heard”, so that must mean something.

have been doing my Tribute show to Elvis for the
past 7 years performing in many different locations
from The Elvis in the Park in Auckland, Workingman’s
Clubs, RSA Clubs, Corporate Events, Hens Nights,
Birthdays etc.
